Does operating a well-established website such as yours require a massive amount work?

I'm really loving the theme/design of your blog.
Do you ever run into any internet browser compatibility issues?
A few of my blog visitors have complained about my site not operating correctly in Explorer
but looks great in Chrome. Do you have any ideas to

Hey just wanted to give you a brief heads up and let you know
a few of the images aren't loading properly. I'm not sure why but I think its a linking issue.
I've tried it in two different internet browsers and both show the
same outcome.
