Acting as a bed bank, Rehll.com proposes different categories of hotels, in different locations and at various rates. The hotel classification shown by Rehlla.com is provided according to the official classification of each hotel in its original country. Our offers and services are based on information provided by hotels. We reserve the right to change any term and/or condition of this agreement without prior notice.
By accessing and booking through Rehlla.com, you will agree to accept and be bound by its terms and conditions that are in effect at the time of use. Rehlla.com shall not deal with any claim that has not been presented (by the user) to the hotel during the period of his stay.
We accept no liability for errors or omissions in the description of accommodation. We reserve the right to change your accommodation booking to one of at least comparable standard and to notify you of such change as soon as possible after it occurs. No compensation is payable for such changes. In extreme circumstances we may be forced to cancel your booking in which case you will be notified of such a change as soon as possible and a full and prompt refund will be made.
We are not liable for personal injury, illness, property damage or any other loss (direct or indirect) or expense arising out of actions of hotels, unless such loss or expense is due to our negligence or default. In no circumstances shall we be liable for any consequential and indirect loss or damage. Our liability in respect of any booking shall be limited to the total amount paid by you to us for such booking. The foregoing shall not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations, which results directly or indirectly from any cause or circumstance, which is beyond our reasonable control. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following shall be regarded as such circumstances: act of God, outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, revolution, the act of any government or authority (including but not limited to refusal or revocation of any license or consent), fire, flood, epidemic, lightning, explosion, fog or bad weather, interruption or failure of a utility service (including but not limited to electricity, gas, water or telecommunications), renovations undertaken by the hotel provider, strikes, lockouts or boycotts, embargo, blockade.
The terms of this Agreement are governed by the Laws of Arab Republic of Egypt. Therefore, you agree to tolerate the Egyptian Laws in any legal action that you may take regarding the use of our website.
1- Terms & Conditions for Individuals
1.1 _By purchasing the hotels services through Rehlla.com, additional terms and/or conditions may apply.
1.2_When you confirm a booking, you will automatically make an agreement with the hotel you have chosen. Consequently, you consent to abide by these additional terms and conditions imposed by the chosen hotel and in compliance with the hotel’s rules and restrictions.
1.3_It is important to know that in some rare circumstances, a booking may be rejected by the hotel within the next 48 hours from its confirmation date. In this case, we can either replace it by a similar hotel or issue a refund.
1.4_ CANCELLATION POLICY
By booking a hotel through Rehlla.com, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the cancellation fees indicated by the hotel. If you change your reservation or cancel it in accordance with the policy of the chosen hotel, it will be free of charge. Otherwise, you will be charged by cancellation or change fees. Therefore, we highly recommend you to read the cancellation policy very carefully before you confirm your reservation.
1.5_ NO SHOW POLICY
In case of no show, the following penalties apply as follows:
If your stay is booked for 1 night or more , you will have to pay 1 night penalty for each booked room .
If your stay is booked for 1 night or more , you will have to pay full amount for each booked room penalty during the high seasons determined by the hotel.
1.6_ RESTRICTIONS WHEN USING THE WEBSITE
As you have stand for the terms and conditions of this Agreement in obedience with applicable Laws and Regulations), Rehlla.com grants you a personal, non-commercial access and use of this site. Conversely, any abuse or illegal use of this website may forbid your access to our services.
We reserve, at our own discretion, the right to refuse the access to Rehlla.com or cancel any booking made in breach of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Minors are not eligible to access, use and purchase any service or product available on our website.
You guarantee to be financially responsible for all the bookings made through Rehlla.com by you and/or any other person using your username and password. You warrant that all the information provided by you when using our website is true and accurate. Your credit card information is requested to certify your booking. We warrant that your credit card details shall be kept private & confidential until the service is accomplished. Subsequently, all the information will be destroyed.
1.8_ PAYMENT FOR RESERVATION
By booking through Rehlla.com, you agree that your credit card will be charged for the first night of each room reservation price one day before arrival date.
The cost of your booking that appears on our website is the total amount charged on your credit card. No other extra charges will be added unless you chose to.
When you confirm your booking, you have to print out the voucher containing all the official details. You have to show this voucher to the hotel as a guarantee of your booking.
Anyhow, you will be responsible of the cancellation fees, if any, when you cancel your booking.
1.9_ REFUND POLICY
If you decided during your stay to reduce the number of nights mentioned on your voucher, it will be upon to the policy of the hotel & to be discussed with the hotel management
No modifications can be made the day before the checking in date.
2_ Booking Conditions for Travel Agents
These conditions govern all bookings made by the Travel Agent with Rehlla.com
2.1 _ BOOKINGS
When you make a Booking with Rehlla.com, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept these conditions on your behalf and on behalf of all your Travelers.
All bookings must be made more than 72 hours in advance of arrival date. This will allow cancellation or amendment of an item within the 24-hour period after the first confirmation of that item without any charges being applied.
The Travel Agent is responsible for the Travelers visa requirement
Total amount for each booking to be charged by us the day before arrival
It is your responsibility to ensure that any information for Travelers which is given to you by us or any of our employees or suppliers is passed on to all Travelers for the relevant Booking. Any information that we give to you shall be deemed to be given to each and every Traveller travelling pursuant to a Booking.
2.2 _ Accommodation Rules
The rates are including the general services offered by the hotel and any personal expenses such as porter services; drinks from the mini bar, meals, tips, dry cleaning, laundry, telephone calls are not included in the prices and shall be paid directly at the accommodation or to suppliers by the travelers. Breakfast is not included for a child under 2 years of age when staying free of charge.
The travelers are responsible for any damage caused by each traveler within its party.
Each traveler must respect the rules and regulations set by the Hotel management for the relevant Booking.
Each traveler is responsible for payment of any Extra charges made during his/their stay The total number of guests (including infants and children) must not exceed the maximum occupancy of the room booked by the travel agent . If this is not complied with access to the accommodation may be refused or additional amounts charged on arrival. For certain accommodation it is a condition of staying at the accommodation that a deposit is paid by the Traveller on arrival, which will normally be applied on a credit card, in order to cover any supplementary charges incurred.
2.3 _ PRODUCT INFORMATION
All product information posted our Web Site (Rehlla.com) is based on information collected from Hotel management. -Reasonable care has been taken that the content of our web site is correct but it is subject to amendment at any time without notice. All content on the web site is published in good faith but you acknowledge that we, online booking site, cannot check the accuracy of all information provided by our suppliers.
2.4 _THE HOTEL STAR RATINGS
Hotels Star ratings are used to symbolize the overall quality, level of service, food standard and range of facilities available in any given property. The criteria applied within each country will vary depending on the specific requirements established by the relevant issuing body where such a body exists. Descriptions of hotels on the RBS shall be referred to for information purposes only and are not a guarantee or warranty of any kind by us. Some countries do not use star ratings for official categorization of accommodation.
2.5 _ Cancellations and Amendments

2.5.2 _ Amendments
Any changes or modifications to such bookings will be treated as cancellations and will incur cancellation charges. The only exception to this will be where additional rooms/beds/cots/nights are added to existing confirmed accommodation or nights.
– Traveller name changes, where accepted by the accommodation provider, and reductions in child ages will incur no charges. All amendments are subject to availability.
– If the Traveller does not arrive at the hotel on the date on which they are booked to arrive or they leave the accommodation earlier than the date on which they are booked to leave, they will only be entitled to receive any refund due calculated from the time when Rehlla.com is notified. All such cancellations and amendments are subject to availability according to the hotel policy
2.6 _ COMPLAINTS
Any complaint regarding the supply of a service should be brought to the attention of the accommodation or service provider as early as possible during the Traveler’s stay in order for the complaint to be dealt with quickly. However if not resolved to your satisfaction it should be notified to us in writing by email within 1 month of the date of service. Any complaint received after 1 month of the date of service will not be investigated.
2.7 _ GENERAL
We reserve the right to change these conditions from time to time.
The Confirmation, the Retail Agent Agreement and these conditions represent our entire agreement and as a result, you have not entered into a contract with us on the basis of any representation not expressly incorporated into these documents.
If any of these conditions shall be illegal or unenforceable such term shall not form part of the conditions but the validity and enforceability of the other conditions shall not be affected
