Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival to Cairo

• To begin with, meet at the airport, complete registration and boarding procedures.
• Then depart for Cairo.
• Arrival in Cairo, meet your guide and transfer to the hotel.
• Afterwards, dinner (onboard or at the hotel) and overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Cairo

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• To begin with, visit the Saqqara Necropolis, home to the Step Pyramid and Pyramid Texts.
• After that, lunch near the pyramids.
• Then visit the Giza Plateau to see the Great Pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure, and the Sphinx.
• Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: Cairo

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• To begin with, visit the Egyptian Museum with its 250,000 artifacts, including the treasures of Tutankhamun.
• After that, lunch.
• Later, an afternoon tour of the city: visit the Citadel, the Mosque of Muhammad Ali, and the vibrant Khan El Khalili bazaar.
• Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 4: Cairo to Luxor

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Then transfer to the airport for a flight to Luxor.
• Upon arrival, transfer to the Nile cruise ship and settle in.
• After that, visit the Temples of Karnak and Luxor.
• Lunch on board.
• Later, evening activities: camel ride and a visit to a local village on the West Bank, and a carriage ride through the vegetable market on the East Bank.
• Dinner and overnight on board.
• Optional Sound and Light show at Karnak.

Day 5: Luxor / Esna / Edfu

• Breakfast on board.
• To begin with, cross the Nile to visit the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut, and the Colossi of Memnon.
• Lunch on board.
• Afterwards, sail to Edfu, passing through the Esna Lock.
• Free time on board.
• Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 6: Edfu / Kom Ombo / Aswan

• Then sail to Kom Ombo and visit the temple dedicated to Haroeris and Sobek.
• Afterwards, continue sailing to Aswan.

Day 9: International Departure from Cairo
