Breakfast and departure to visit the Dahshur necropolis, home to the Red Pyramid and the Bent Pyramid built by King Sneferu. Lunch and continuation to the Sakkara necropolis to admire the interior of the famous Step Pyramid and parts of the recently opened latest discoveries. Return to the hotel. Free afternoon to stroll around Cairo.

Breakfast and departure towards Siwa, passing through El Alamein and the coastal city of Marsa Matruh. Enjoy a city tour and then continue towards Siwa (310 km from Matruh to Siwa). Arrival, lunch, and a walking tour to explore the oasis, with an opportunity to bathe in a hot spring before having a traditional Bedouin dinner. Return to Taghaghien Island and overnight in bungalows with bathroom and fan.

Breakfast and departure by 4x4 to visit the Mountain of the Dead with its tombs dating back to the 26th Dynasty, the Oracle visited by Alexander, and Cleopatra's Spring (known as Cleopatra's Bath). In the afternoon, we drive towards the Great Sand Sea until we reach the abandoned oasis of Shyata. Lunch next to the famous Bir Wahed hot spring. Camping in the Great Sand Sea under the stars. BBQ dinner. Overnight at the camp.

Breakfast and today we will head towards Gara Oasis to experience the life of the Amazigh-origin Bedouins. Lunch and return to Siwa to enjoy a sunset from the lakes of Abu Sherouf. Dinner next to a hot water spring (36 degrees) and return to the eco-lodge.

Breakfast and departure to the coastal city of Marsa Matruh, a tour of the city and its wonderful beaches before enjoying a delicious fish and seafood lunch. Continue to Cairo. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay.

Breakfast and transfer to the airport to take the flight to Luxor. Arrival and embarkation on the cruise. Visit the temples of Luxor (dedicated to Amun-Ra and his consort represented as a vulture) and Karnak (the temple of temples), which form one of the most impressive complexes of Ancient Egypt. Overnight on board.

Breakfast and visit to the Valley of the Kings, the valley where Pharaohs were buried in rock-cut tombs. Kings of the 18th, 19th, and 20th dynasties were buried here, as well as some queens, princes, nobles, and even animals. Visit the funerary temple of Queen Hatshepsut, located within a monumental complex called Deir el-Bahari, and the Colossi of Memnon (statues of Amenhotep III that bear witness to the funerary temple built in the early 14th century BC). At the scheduled time, we will sail towards Esna, crossing the lock, and continue to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.

Arrival in Edfu, the best-preserved temple in all of Egypt, dedicated to Horus (the falcon god). Sail to Kom Ombo and visit the temple dedicated to Horus and Sobek (the crocodile god); its walls depict ancient Egyptian medical instruments and the calendar. Sail to Aswan, dinner, and overnight on board.

In the morning, visit the Philae Temple, built during the Ptolemaic and Roman eras and dedicated to the cult of the goddess Isis, followed by the Aswan High Dam. Dinner and overnight on board.

Breakfast and disembarkation. Optional excursion available to Abu Simbel: the grand rock-cut temple was dismantled and reassembled to save it from the waters. Located about 300 km south of Aswan in Nubian territory, it was built to glorify Ramesses II the Great, who is deified and seated alongside Ptah, Amun-Ra, and Harmakhis. Transfer to the airport to take the flight to Cairo. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Free afternoon.

Breakfast and a day dedicated to exploring Old Cairo with its ancient and medieval quarters. In the afternoon, we stroll through the Khan el-Khalili bazaar and attend a Sufi dance performance at the medieval Sultan Al-Ghuri complex. Overnight at the hotel.

Breakfast. At the scheduled time, transfer to Cairo Airport for your flight back to your origin city.
